Everything you need for digital case planning

A focused set of CAD tools for your digital workflow — from scan to a setup you can present and share.

Fast 3D model viewer

Import STL scans of upper and lower jaws and inspect them in a smooth, precise 3D viewer with occlusion visualization tools.

Tooth segmentation

Detect individual teeth and refine margin lines with intuitive editing tools — using a mouse, trackpad or Apple Pencil.

Virtual setup

Position and align individual teeth to prepare a virtual setup as a basis for the design of orthodontic appliances.

Case management

Keep your cases organized in one place, with secure cloud synchronization of case data across your devices.

Export

Export segmented models and virtual setups as STL/VIS files for the production of working models — filled or hollow, with a case label and a milling machine fixture.

Cross-platform

Case management

All your cases in one place

Search your cases, start a new case from STL scans or open an existing VIS file. The cloud icon on each case shows whether it is synchronized with your other devices.

Virtual setup

Every tooth is positioned by you

Move a single tooth or the whole arch — right/left, in/out, up/down, rotation, inclination and torque. Switch between the initial and final state and check collisions and occlusion as you work. The software does not propose tooth movements; every change is made manually.

Export

Prepare working models for 3D printing

Choose horizontal or vertical orientation, filled or hollow models and an embossed case label. Add a milling machine fixture and set the distance of the trim line from the teeth. Models are exported as STL files.

From scan to working model in four steps

1

Import

Load intraoral scans (STL) of the upper and lower jaw into a new case.

2

Segment

Detect teeth automatically and fine-tune the margin lines where needed.

3

Plan

Orient the model, trim the base and prepare a virtual setup of the target tooth positions.

4

Export

Export the segmented model or the virtual setup for the production of working models.
